Consultant IVF (Andrology)

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Consultant IVF (Andrology Specialist) to join the Reproductive Medicine department of a premier healthcare facility in Dubai. This role emphasizes the diagnosis and treatment of infertility using advanced assisted reproductive technologies, ensuring exceptional care and optimal outcomes for patients seeking reproductive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct infertility evaluations and provide treatments such as IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive procedures.
  • Oversee laboratory processes and ensure adherence to protocols for optimal success rates.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients throughout their fertility journey.
  • Collaborate with embryologists and other specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Stay updated on advancements in reproductive medicine and integrate innovative techniques into practice.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree with specialization in Reproductive Medicine or related fields.
  • Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility is highly desirable.
  • Valid medical license to practice in Dubai, UAE.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Consultant IVF Specialist.
  • Expertise in assisted reproductive technologies and infertility treatments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and teams.
  • Western-trained education or experience required.
