Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant Pediatric Dermatologist to become part of a renowned medical institution in Dubai. This role is dedicated to diagnosing and managing skin conditions in infants, children, and adolescents—ranging from routine dermatological concerns to complex disorders. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering excellence in care and enhancing the quality of life for pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of pediatric skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, and congenital skin disorders.
  • Perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as skin biopsies, laser treatments, and minor surgical interventions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including allergists, immunologists, and pediatricians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate families on treatment options, preventive measures, and long-term care strategies for dermatological conditions.
  • Stay updated on advancements in pediatric dermatology and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE medical regulations and uphold international standards of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Board certification in Dermatology with subspecialty training in Pediatric Dermatology.
  • Must have completed Western education or training (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant pediatric dermatologist.
  • Expertise in managing complex dermatological conditions in children.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a family-centered approach to care.
  • Eligibility for DHA licensing to practice in Dubai.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and delivering outstanding pediatric care.
