King’s College Hospital Jeddah is a new, 150-bed, state-of-the-art multi-specialty hospital specifically designed to offer patients in the region direct access to the world’s best healthcare providers, reducing their need to travel abroad for treatment. King’s College Hospital Jeddah is a unique and unparalleled extension of UK-based King’s College Hospital London’s model of care in Saudi Arabia. The hospital is located alongside the main highway of King Abdulaziz Road, between the airport and the city center. There are plans to expand KCH Jeddah to reach a 250-bed capacity with more than 40 medical and surgical specialties.

King’s College Hospital Jeddah was established through a partnership between King’s College Hospital (KCH) London and private investors. Founded in 1840, King’s College Hospital London is a 950-bed tertiary hospital and one of the largest and most well-established teaching hospitals in the UK, with advanced capabilities, including several clinical Centers of Excellence, which are among the best in the world.

The partnership with KCH London works to ensure the highest standards of evidence-based clinical care are established and maintained through clinical advisory guidance, quality assurance, service improvement, ethical governance, multi-disciplinary team working, and access to education and training programs. This support has enabled King’s College Hospital Jeddah to establish Specialist Centers of Excellence.
