Consultant Pediatric Radiologist

Salary: 65,000 - 70,000 SAR/ monthly

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Consultant Pediatric Radiologist to provide expert diagnostic imaging services for infants, children, and adolescents. The role involves interpreting a wide range of pediatric imaging studies and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret pediatric imaging studies including X-rays, ultrasound, CT, and MRI
  • Perform and supervise pediatric imaging procedures with a focus on safety and radiation minimization
  • Provide expert consultation to pediatricians and specialists on diagnostic findings
  • Ensure adherence to pediatric imaging protocols and international standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
  • Supervise and mentor junior radiologists and radiology technologists
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of imaging results
  • Participate in on-call duties as required

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
  • Board certification in Radiology (American Board, FRCR, Canadian, or equivalent)
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology
  • Minimum 5–10 years of post-board experience in pediatric imaging
  • Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license or eligibility
  • Strong expertise in pediatric imaging modalities and protocols
  • Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
