Consultant Colorectal Surgeon

Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 AED/ monthly

Position Description:

We are looking for an accomplished and experienced Consultant Colorectal Surgeon to join the Colorectal Surgery department of a prominent medical facility in Dubai. This position entails diagnosing and treating a wide range of colorectal conditions, utilizing state-of-the-art surgical techniques to deliver exceptional care and achieve optimal outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage diseases of the colon, rectum, and anus, including inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer, and other conditions.
Perform advanced surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Provide pre-operative consultations and post-operative care to ensure patient recovery and satisfaction.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care for complex cases.
Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Participate in clinical research and contribute to advancements in colorectal surgery.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

Medical degree with specialization in Colorectal Surgery.
Fellowship training in Colorectal Surgery or equivalent is highly desirable.
Board certification in Colorectal Surgery.
Valid medical license to practice in Dubai, UAE.
Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience as a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon.
Expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgical techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
Western-trained education or experience required.
