My interests in the field of pediatrics includes all conditions under general pediatrics as well as neonatal care. In general pediatrics, my areas of interest include respiratory illnesses, child development, infectious diseases, and chronic conditions such as asthma and diabetes. I am also interested in preventive care and advocating for the health and wellbeing of children in the community. I am well versed and able to manage common paediatric illnesses. In neonatal care, I have an interest in managing preterm infants, common respiratory conditions that are unique to the neonatal period. I also do enjoy attending all deliveries. I also have an interest in family-centered care and promoting positive outcomes for both infants and their families during the neonatal period.
